This is Laura Marling performing her original song, “Not Done Traveling,” to demo her brand-new, custom-made Mya-Moe Master Grade Myrtle Tenor Classic uke (which was just completed September 23rd). Lucky girl!
Talented young woman, too. Laura is a 22-year-old English folk musician who has toured with several well-known indie artists in the UK. Her first two albums were nominated for the Mercury Music Prize, and she won Best Female Solo Artist in the 2011 Brit Awards, racking up another nomination in 2012. (Adele won this year.)
